The patties for these burgers aren't made from traditional ground beef, but from pork breakfast sausages. You'll need to remove the casings from the raw sausages, form the sausage into patties, and fry them. Pair the patties with a fried egg and melty cheddar cheese. Everything you love for breakfast can be served for dinner in the form of a juicy burger.

Recipes with similar ingredients: minced sausage, cheddar cheese, eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, Sriracha sauce, honey
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, and Sriracha sauce. Spread the sauce on the cut sides of both bun halves. Evenly distribute the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions among the buns. Divide the sausage into 4 equal portions and form them into balls. Place each ball on a separate piece of plastic wrap and flatten into a thin patty 10-12 cm wide.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Place a slice of cheddar on each patty, cover the pan, and cook until the cheddar melts, about 30 seconds. Transfer the patties to the bottom buns.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the whites are set and crisp around the edges but the yolks are still runny, 2-3 minutes. Place an egg on each patty and top with the bun tops. Serve immediately.
