Firm, herb-marinated, sun-dried tomatoes and savory feta cheese give this meatloaf a distinctive texture and a subtle Mediterranean flavor. A simple dish from Giada De Laurentiis that will enhance any evening meal or become a weekend favorite.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr. ground turkey (dark meat is better)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes marinated with garlic and herbs
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 cup white bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2 crushed garlic cloves (optional)
- 2 lightly beaten eggs at room temperature
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1.5 tsp coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Position a rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic (if using), eggs, milk, feta cheese, salt, and pepper. Add the ground beef and mix gently, being careful not to overmix. - Carefully spoon the meat mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes, until the internal temperature of the loaf reaches 165°F (75°C) on a thermometer. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a cutting board and cut into slices. Place on a serving platter. Serve with side dish.
