Spicy leaf mustard, or salad mustard, makes a quick, tasty, and most importantly, healthy side dish that pairs well with any meat, poultry, or fish dish. Its tender leaves cook in minutes, absorbing the flavors of other spices. First, sauté the leaf mustard in garlic-flavored vegetable oil, then simmer for a few minutes in a small amount of chicken broth. Grainy mustard adds even more flavor to this juicy side dish. Add it at the very end and serve hot.
