  • 450 g chopped kale
  • 1 cup chicken broth

    Step 1
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion and cook until softened, 5 minutes. Add 1 pound of chopped kale, a handful at a time, adding more as it wilts.
