This smooth and nutritious banana smoothie combines the healthiest ingredients: fruit, cottage cheese, almond milk, cocoa powder, and flax seeds. It perfectly satisfies hunger and provides energy for hours. Perfect for breakfast or a snack throughout the day.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 small banana
  • 0.5 cups of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder with sugar
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place 1 small chopped banana in a blender, add 0.5 cups of cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of vanilla almond milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder with sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds. Blend.
  2. Add 1 cup of ice and blend again until smooth.
