A classic Greek salad takes just minutes to prepare, leaving you with a healthy, vibrant salad bursting with equally vibrant flavors. Start with the dressing, combining high-quality extra-virgin olive oil with freshly squeezed lemon juice, crushed garlic, and dried oregano. This dressing will beautifully tie together all the other salad ingredients—cucumbers, lettuce, olives, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and feta—into a single, flavorful bouquet. Simple Mediterranean dishes are always in style and captivate with their harmonious combination of healthy ingredients.
