The best dessert for a barbecue is fruit. Light, moderately sweet, and low in calories—just what you need after grilling! Sweet tropical fruits are perfect for grilling, where their natural sugars are beautifully caramelized. While the coals are still warm, place several types of fruit on the grate. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or caramel sauce.
