Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, top with bacon strips, and season with pepper. Bake until most of the fat has rendered, 8-10 minutes. Pat the bacon dry with paper towels to remove as much excess fat as possible.
