1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- Grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 slices bacon, crisped and cut into pieces (optional)
- Chips and/or julienned vegetables for garnish

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the beans and garlic, and cook until softened, 18-20 minutes. Drain and rinse the beans under running water. In a food processor, blend the beans, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth, and add salt to taste.
- Place the beans in a deep dish and sprinkle with bacon. Serve the sauce warm with chips or breadsticks and julienned vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, celery).
