The best way to cook fingerling potatoes is to bake them in the oven. Their thin skin means no peeling, and the small tubers don't need to be chopped. The potatoes retain all their nutrients, and the lemon and garlic enhance their benefits and flavor. While baking, be sure to toss the potatoes a couple of times to ensure they brown on all sides. Serve with any meat, poultry, or fish dish.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
