    Step 1
  • Drizzle a little olive oil into a large pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain, reserving some of the pasta's cooking water. Quickly toss the angel hair capellini with melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
