Baked capellini with champignons - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 200 g of capellini pasta
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian seasonings
  • 250 gr. Italian sausages for frying or minced pork, remove the casing
  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp. grated cheese Cheddar
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 sweet peppers, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt with spices
  • 800 g of pureed tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh leaves basilica
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the capellini and cook for the amount of time indicated on the package. Drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add the sausage and cook, breaking up the mince with a wooden spatula, for 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper, mushrooms, salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning and cook, stirring, for about 4 minutes.

  3. Add the pureed tomatoes, 3/4 cup water, and basil, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat until thickened, about 15 minutes. Add the capellini pasta and toss with the sauce.
  4. Preheat oven to 190°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread half the pasta in an even layer and sprinkle with half the cheese. Then add the other half of the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
