Grilled lasagna - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 7 lasagna sheets (approximately 120 g)
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 450 g mixed minced beef, pork, and veal
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tbsp. l. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat a roaster or broiler. Fill a wide saucepan with 3 inches of salted water and bring to a boil. Add the lasagna and cook until al dente, about 11 minutes. Then transfer to a cutting board and cut crosswise into two pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the minced meat and cook, stirring, until browned. Add the tomato sauce and pepper flakes, cook at a low boil for 5 minutes.

    Add the spinach and cook, stirring, until the leaves are wilted, then add the ricotta and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and remove from the heat. In a bowl, combine the mozzarella with 4 tablespoons of Parmesan.

  3. Place the lasagna sheets in a single layer in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish, slightly overlapping each other. Top with half the meat sauce and cheese mixture. Make another layer of lasagna sheets, the remaining meat sauce, and cheese mixture. Top with the remaining sheets and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.

    Water lasagna a little olive oil and grill until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes, or until the surface begins to bubble. Sprinkle on top. basil.
