Get the most out of healthy brown rice and bake it in the oven instead of boiling it. Pour boiling water, butter, and salt over the rice, cover tightly, and bake in the oven. The finished brown rice is perfectly fluffy and won't stick. Fluff it with a fork and serve as a side dish with any of your meals.
