Green tea is a powerful antioxidant, rich in minerals and vitamins, and a wonderful invigorating and thirst-quenching drink. Make a wonderfully refreshing drink with it, perfect for the summer heat. Brewed green tea is sweetened with sugar and infused with fresh mint and lemon. The flavor is balanced, not too sweet, with citrus and minty notes. Chill it well and enjoy it as a lemonade substitute.
