The secret ingredient in this pepper relish cream cheese dip is a bagel topping made with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried onion, and dried garlic. It's best to make your own topping rather than store-bought; the ratio of seeds to spices will be perfect. Serve the dip as an appetizer with bagel chips. Dip and enjoy!

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the poppy seeds, white and black sesame seeds, garlic, onion, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix well and transfer 2 tablespoons of the mixture to a food processor. Transfer the remaining mixture to a container, seal tightly, and set aside for another recipe.
  2. Add the cream cheese and relish to a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and sprinkle some of the remaining seed mixture on top. Top with more relish. Serve with bagel chips. This sauce can be made a few days ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve..
