This refreshing yogurt dressing is low in calories (only 60 kcal per serving) and fat (5 g per serving). This is thanks to Greek yogurt (2% fat) and the absence of mayonnaise. Nevertheless, the dressing is smooth and velvety. It's equally delicious in salads or as a dip for an appetizer.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2% fat
  • 2 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh chives (small bunch)
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small clove of garlic

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine the yogurt, 2 tablespoons water, rice vinegar, olive oil, chives, parsley, garlic, and ½ teaspoon each of salt and black pepper in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days..
