Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 10-12 inch (25-30 cm) pie pan or pizza pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cake:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated. Slowly add the flour mixture and knead until smooth.

  3. Spoon the dough into the prepared pan. You may need to flour your hands to prevent the dough from sticking. A spatula is easiest to use for spreading the dough. If the dough seems too soft, dust your hands with flour or chill it in the refrigerator. Bake until the edges begin to brown, 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. Spread:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt until smooth. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust.

    Glaze:

Combine the jam, 2 tablespoons of water and the Herbes de Provence in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the glaze is smooth and pourable.
  5. Assembly:

Arrange fresh fruit on top of the pizza. Drizzle with glaze. Slice and serve.
