To beautifully serve this exquisite appetizer, you'll need a culinary ring or simply use an empty tin can with the bottom cut off. The appetizer consists of two layers: avocado slices seasoned with lemon juice on the bottom, and chunks of natural crab meat on top, dressed with Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and white pepper. It's delicious and very healthy. The combination of tender avocado and crab will leave no one indifferent.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt + more to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- A pinch of white pepper
- 220 g of natural crab meat
- 2 tbsp chopped chives

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Peel the avocado and cut into 1 cm pieces. In a small bowl, gently toss the avocado pieces with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and salt to taste. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, a pinch of white pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add the crab meat and toss to combine.
- Place an empty 400 ml tin can with the top and bottom cut off on a serving plate. Place a quarter of the avocado in the can. Top with 1/4 of the crab meat and gently press into the can. Carefully remove the can from the avocado and crab mixture. Sprinkle with 0.5 teaspoon of chives. Repeat with the remaining 3 servings and serve.Excellent source of protein.
