Hot crab dip sauce

How to Make Hot Crab Dip
Time: 25 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 8

This dipping appetizer pairs tender crab meat with a creamy sauce of cream cheese and sour cream. A dash of hot sauce, a clove of garlic, and crab seasoning add a piquant flavor. A squeeze of lemon juice, chopped parsley, and green onions adds a fresh touch. The sauce is simmered in a saucepan on the stovetop for a couple of minutes until heated through, and then the fresh crab meat is added at the very end. Be sure to stir it to avoid any shell fragments. Serve the dipping sauce hot with crackers.
