Large shrimp are marinated for a few minutes in a fragrant mixture of soy sauce, honey, curry powder, and garlic, then quickly pan-fried. The resulting dish is delicious, sweet and spicy, and just the right amount of salty. If you have time, marinate for an hour. This will intensify the flavor.
