The combination of sweet grape tomatoes and fresh, fragrant basil in a balsamic vinegar dressing will leave no one indifferent. It's incredibly easy to prepare, looks bright and colorful, and tastes luxurious. Ree Drummond also suggests flavoring the olive oil with garlic before adding it to the dressing. Simply sauté the chopped garlic in the oil, being careful not to let it brown, otherwise the oil will become bitter. Once the wonderful spicy aroma is released, the dressing is ready.
With these recipes that Ree Drummond shares from her ranch, you can create a summer menu for every day: Tomato and basil salad, Pizza with tomato salsa and Pizza with salami, Cherry-lime lemonade and for dessert – Ice cream with cookies and candies.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir, gently frying for about a minute before removing from the heat. The garlic is not too browned (it may be golden). Pour the oil and garlic into a bowl and let cool slightly. Add the tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, basil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir, then taste and add more basil or salt if needed.
