Day-old cooked rice works best for this recipe. Drying it overnight allows it to better absorb the flavors of the other ingredients. You can substitute fried bacon for the Chinese sausage. Everything is cooked in a wok, stirring constantly (stir-fry), and in less than half an hour, you'll have a delicious Asian-inspired dinner on the table.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
