Any dense Asian greens will work for this recipe, such as spinach, bok choy, or kai lan (also known as Chinese broccoli), or even better, a combination of several. Steam the greens and immediately toss with a dressing of soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. It turns out very juicy and delicious. The perfect side dish for roast chicken or pork.
