Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Several small heads of bok choy (500g), each cut in half lengthwise

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Prepare the grill: If using a gas grill, turn all burners to high, heat until hot, then reduce heat to medium. For a charcoal grill, light the charcoal.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Mix sweet and hot sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce.

Meanwhile, place the bok choy in a microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave for 3-5 minutes. Stir in the prepared sauce.

  3. Grill the cabbage, turning once, until charred, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with the remaining sauce.
