Salpicon with tilapia

How to Make Tilapia Salpicon
Kitchen:Mexican,
Time: 25 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 4

If you want to serve raba in a unique way, try salpicón. In Latin America, this is the name for a salad of shredded fish or meat with vegetables in a tart dressing. This recipe uses tilapia fillets. Fry the fish, crumble it into flakes, and toss with onions, herbs, spicy jalapeño, and the dressing. Serve salpicón like Mexican tacos: on toasted corn tortillas with iceberg lettuce, sour cream, and lime wedges for drizzling. If you have a gas stove, cook the tortillas directly over the burner for an even more delicious meal! A perfect treat for a casual evening with friends.
