We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 175°C.
  • Step 2
  • Pies:

On a lightly floured flat surface, roll out the dough and divide it into 4 rectangles (2 triangles per section). Each section should look like a rectangle with diagonal perforations.
  • Step 3
  • Carefully pinch the two triangles together along this line to close the perforation, creating one solid piece. Cut each piece of dough in half to create two squares. Repeat with all the dough pieces and place them on a nonstick baking sheet with a rim. You should have eight squares of dough.
  • Step 4
  • Filling:

Mix the chocolate bars in a bowl with the bacon pieces. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the candy mixture in a row down the center of the prepared dough, leaving enough room on the sides to fold the filling over.
  • Step 5
  • In a small bowl, combine sour cream and enough water to form a glue-like consistency. Brush each pie with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar and a pinch of salt. Bake until golden brown, 16-20 minutes. Let cool slightly.
