Vegetable appetizer "Gryadka"

How to cook - Vegetable appetizer "Gryadka"
Time: 15 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 10

You don't have to be a gardener to plant this bed. Your guests will be impressed by this unique presentation of a vegetable appetizer with a dipping sauce. The dipping sauce is sprinkled with a layer of crumbled black bread – this will serve as the soil. Then, various vegetables are stuck into it. Choose brightly colored vegetables (radishes, broccoli florets, sweet mini peppers, baby carrots) and plant them in neat rows to make your bed look neat and appetizing.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of any dipping sauce
  • 1.5 cups crushed pumpernickel
  • Radishes, bell peppers, broccoli for serving
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
