Ingredients:

  • 140 ml chilled sparkling wine
  • 1 piece of candied ginger, cut in half
  • 1 tsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 2 dashes (8-10 drops) Pichot bitters
  • 15 ml ginger liqueur
  • 30 ml pomegranate juice
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Add 1 piece of ginger and pomegranate seeds to a champagne flute. Add bitters. Pour in ginger liqueur and pomegranate juice. Fill with sparkling wine and garnish with the remaining piece of ginger.
