Prepare the signature cocktail of Scarpetta, a trendy Italian restaurant in the US. This vibrant cocktail features vermouth, liqueurs, and citrus juice, which pair perfectly with the tart bourbon.


Ingredients:

  • 45 ml sweet vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
  • 30 ml elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 30 ml of orange liqueur, for example, Campari
  • 15 ml bourbon
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Ice
  • Orange zest twist, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • In a shaker filled with ice, combine vermouth, liqueur, orange juice, Campari, bourbon and lime juice.
