Braised beef sandwiches are the perfect choice if you're looking to feed a crowd something filling, delicious, and easy to eat. These rustic, rustic sandwiches are perfect. Braise beef tenderloin in a marinated pepper sauce until the meat is tender and falls apart easily. Shred the braised beef with forks and arrange it on buns along with the pepper sauce it was braised in, topped with luscious caramelized onions. Ingredients:

  • 2 kg of beef shoulder-neck cut
  • 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
  • 2 tbsp. l. rapeseed oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 16-ounce jar pickled pepperoncini peppers, with liquid
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 10 - 12 fried, buttered Kaiser rolls for hot dogs
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons (30 grams) of butter and canola oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over high heat. Sear the meat on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Pour in the beef broth and 1 cup of water. Add the rosemary, then remove the pepperoncini from the jar with their juices. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat until the meat is tender and falling apart, 4 to 5 hours.
  • Step 2
  • Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the remaining 1 tablespoon (15 g) of butter. Add the onion and sauté until light golden brown.
  • Step 3
  • Remove the beef from the pan and shred it completely with two forks. Return the meat to the braising liquid to keep it warm.
  • Step 4
  • Before serving, cut the bun into a V. Place a generous portion of meat on each bun and drizzle with a little sauce. Top with a few peppers from the pan and a generous portion of caramelized onions. For a change, arrange thinly sliced ​​cheese on top of the meat before adding the peppers and onions.
  • Step 5
  • If desired, serve the sandwiches with a dipping sauce made from the meat. Top the sandwiches with the slices you cut earlier and serve to your hungry guests. You'll quickly make friends and be able to dominate others.
