Mardi Gras isn't called "Fat Tuesday" for nothing. Celebrate like a New Orleanian by making a delicious and easy Magi Pie.

Combine 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a food processor and process until smooth.

Unfold 2 packages of croissant dough and divide into triangles. On parchment paper, arrange the triangles of dough in a large circle, with the points toward the center, overlapping each other by about 0.6 cm on the long side.

Spoon the filling onto the dough, evenly spaced from the top and bottom of each triangle. Don't forget to place a small plastic baby figurine or dried bean at random! (Whoever gets the surprise slice will have good luck for the year.)

Bake the pie at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely.

Whisk together 1.5 cups powdered sugar, 3-4 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
