Two-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

How to Make - Two-Ingredient Banana Pancakes
Menu:Breakfast,
Time: 5 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 1

To make these delicious and healthy pancakes, you'll need only two ingredients: bananas and eggs. They're perfect for a diet. They're flour- and sugar-free, and the natural sweetness of bananas is enough to make these pancakes delicious and flavorful. For the "batter," simply whisk the eggs with the bananas in a blender. To make the pancakes easier to flip while frying and prevent them from falling apart, use a very thin spatula, make small pancakes, and let them set until the tops are firm. Serve like regular pancakes, with your favorite sweet sauces. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
