- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped Thai chili pepper
- 220 g of minced chicken breast

- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce

- 0.5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 0.5 cup Thai basil (ga-prao)

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Heat oil in a large saucepan or wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until golden. Add Thai chili pepper and stir well. Step 2
- Add the ground chicken and fry until half-cooked. Reduce the heat to medium and add the mushrooms, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sweet soy sauce, and chicken broth. Mix well. Step 3
- Once all the ingredients are ready, add the red bell pepper and Thai basil. Mix well and season with salt to taste. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
