  • 110 g of chopped smoked salmon
  • 225 g of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • In an electric mixer fitted with a pastry beater, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper and mix well. Add the smoked salmon and beat well. Chill and serve with crudite or crackers.

If you can find it, then I'd rather take Norwegian salmon. It's drier and less salty than other types of smoked salmon.
