Ingredients:

  • 230 gr. cream cheese (mascarpone or Philadelphia), room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 120 gr. smoked salmon fillet, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon of horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Using a mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper, and mix again. Add the smoked salmon and mix until smooth. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers and julienned vegetables.
