Carrot and radish sushi - a detailed recipe.


Ingredients:


For sushi:
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 black radish, cut into strips
  • Smoked red fish fillet (salmon), cut into 1 cm wide strips.
  • Wasabi or mayonnaise for application
  • Nori seaweed for wrapping

For the sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons of water
  • A little finely chopped orange zest
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place a few strips of carrot and black radish on the fish fillet. Roll the fillets into rolls. Grease the inside of the seaweed with mayonnaise or wasabi. Wrap the rolls in the seaweed. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

    Mix soy sauce, water and orange juice in a bowl, add orange zest.

    Serve carrot and radish sushi with the prepared sauce.
