1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- Preheat oven to 200°C. Step 2
- If the carrots are large, cut them in half lengthwise; if not, leave them whole. Slice the carrots diagonally into 4-cm pieces. (The carrots will shrink while baking, so make the slices large.) Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet, spreading them in a single layer, and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, until the carrots are golden brown and tender. Step 3
