Cauliflower is a valuable dietary product, surpassing other cabbage varieties in its nutritional properties and taste. Anyone watching their diet and seeking a healthy daily menu should consider dishes made with this vegetable. Prepare a delicate, creamy yet tart salad by dressing boiled cauliflower with a mixture of equal parts sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, and chives, along with a dash of apple cider vinegar. Celery pieces will add crunch to the soft cabbage salad, while horseradish adds a rich aroma and flavor.

  • 450 g cauliflower florets (about 1 small head)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into 0.5 cm pieces.
