Haitian drink "Cremasse"

How to Make Haitian Cremasse
Kitchen:Caribbean,
Time: 5 min.

Crémassé (sometimes spelled crumasse) is a traditional Haitian drink enjoyed with family and friends, usually during holidays. It's similar to eggnog and other festive winter drinks, but it doesn't contain eggs. While most recipes for this popular drink simply whisk together all the ingredients, adding spices to the cream at the very beginning enhances its flavor. Be sure to choose aged rum for this festive drink for a true Haitian experience.
